Even though my appointment was 1 hour late, I am very thankful to doctor Gabriela Hadian, she helped me a lot with my severe morning sickness,from absolutely debilitating state I am back to feeling well in less than 24 hours. The doctor was very attentive and the ladies on the reception were polite. I don't get why people moan about triage system, it is much better than everyone calling 8am in the morning!

Recently Tennyson House and the partnership have been very helpful flexible, timely and accommodating in meeting my often complex needs. Reception staff (the Irish lady) doctors and nurses whom I have seen a few have been great. Booking system can be a bit clunky and repetitive. But. Credit when it is due that's motto. Thanks.

This has got to be one of the worst surgeries in Essex. I know people complain about things and leave 1 star reviews but constantly this surgery has gotten worse year on year. The inability to book an appointment directly and having to use their web app that makes you wait for weeks when you ask for a mental health appointment, when they send you forms to complete and ask all the questions but the doctor has no idea what or why they asked the questions. It's not recorded on their systems.
I'm currently sat in the waiting room 20 mins AFTER my appointment finished because the doctor made mistakes on my prescription and forgot to add the medication to my usual repeat prescription. Wasn't till I asked for the printed version to check that I noticed. It's a Joke.
If there was an alternative I'd use them but this is the local surgery. Lack of choice for alternatives should not allow them to be as disappointing and cause for stress to the community they serve.

I’ve always found the practice to be responsive and caring. I’ve read comments about only being able to make appointments online,but if you’re not able to do this the receptionist will do it for you if you give them the information they require. Yes there are set times to make appointments, if you can’t access their system when you go online they will tell you when you can access it. Never had issues with any of the nursing staff or doctors. They’re all very professional and I’ve found them all to be very helpful.

Honestly the worst doctors I have ever experienced. It's impossible to get an appointment. They can't pre-book them for non urgent issues and say to go on their website to make a request but you constantly get a message saying online queries are not available and every time you refresh, the time gets later until they close! They've persistently left me without medication. Currently they've decided to stop a repeat prescription that I've been on for years with no reason just a text saying it's not been authorised. I made a request through the old systmonline website for a custom prescription request and they declined it again, this time sending a link to book an appointment for a review, the only appointment being in 2 weeks time so I'm still without it. I know it's harder in general to get GP appointments atm but I've never so many issues with previous GP's. Avoid if you can.

My first time at this surgery and it was a pleasant one.
Ms Sharona Sullivan was very polite,knowledgeable,thorough and professional with a hint of humour which is needed at a doctors appointment.
Couldn’t fault the examination and diagnosis.

Absolutely awful!, so difficult to get an appointment !, have to go through the triage system which is very frustrating and time consuming!, I got to the point of entering the authorization code only to lose everything I'd already entered ! Crazy ! Horrible experience !
