To get appointment is nearly impossible no matter when you ring.
First thing in the morning or not doesn't matter, still waiting long just to be told " no appointment left". 45 minutes my wife did today and got the above answer yet again. The receptionist think is the most important person there as she makes decisions to give or not to give you appointment. Shocking. She is not a doctor etc. And that has been for years.

Poor service,very rude and unprofessional, starting with the receptionist.It doesn't matter if you call in at 8am,the option 1 for appointments keeps busy and impossible to be chosen or if you somehow get connected to option 1 appointments-you are straight away caller number 50 on the queue, then either they hang up the phone to you when you are near to be connected or if you ever manage to speak to the receptionist you are just told that they are fully booked and no available appointments for you left.Yesterday the receptionist told us that for high fever of nearly 40 degrees and chesty cough they don't give appointments and send us to the pharmacy presuming it's tonsillitis-just because I said that it may be this but I am not a doctor.The receptionist was adamant that the pharmacy can treat us better.
It is really shocking how it turns out the receptionist is the decision maker if you would be seen by your GP or not.We should be entitled to be seen by our GP for cases like this as registered patients.
It seems that this surgery cannot handle the cases and appointments for their own patients but at the same times they are accepting new patients to be registered there.
We are then left with no other choice but go and wait at A&E and first thing we are asked there is why did you not make an appointment at your GP.
If we are going to A&E every time then what's the purpose of being registered with the GP?

Very bad GP the staff very unfriendly, specifically the very old woman in reception very very very unprofessional staff. Every thing she tells all is deception. She never try to help always try to go around round about. And when you call them for appointment wiats 30 minutes some time when the pick up they just hung up you have to try again from zero

Genuinely traumatic and horrible. I was in room 22 I went in to get a coil removed the nurse kept mentioning how the appointment was only 20 minutes and she would remove if she “had time.” The nurse picked up her phone during the consultation and seemed really dismissive. The nurse said she would try to remove the coil and jammed a speculum inside of me with no gel it was extremely painful, after not being able to get it out she said “I only have 5 minutes” she didn’t get it out in the end. The whole experience was so painful I left in tears the nurse seemed so unbothered, the following day I payed £270 to go private and the nurse at the private clinic got it out within seconds and it was not painful at all. Highly don’t recommend I was crying for a while after the appointment the whole experience was genuinely traumatic. She also moved the coil inside of me whilst trying to get it out so I spent last night in pain.

Joke place. Go to the doctors once every year or two. The one time I need it, not only do you have to wait for 30 minutes in the queue, the receptionist is so blunt and just tells you there are no appointments left and just hangs up on you! Doesn’t let you speak or explain just ends the call mid sentence! Apparently calls are important to the surgery, well they’re clearly NOT.

Horrible receptionist. I asked several times to speak with an urdu speaking receptionist and jonana or Doana on the reception continously making rude behaviour and even not bothered to listen what I am saying. Always rude. If you are not willing to listen even a single word from patient to get an appointment then this job is not suitable for you. I think surgery needs to give some basic and ethical manners to receptionists.

Had an appointment booked and they called me the day later to change the date. The woman somehow managed to not book this new date that she had given me, and I spent all day waiting for an appointment that I didn't have. No apology and absolutely terrible on their part. I genuinely don't know how they can call a patient to rearrange an appointment and then FORGET to book the appointment that THEY wanted to change. I will certainly be moving practice. Avoid.

Today I went to cheetahill medical centre and I got the most amazing service from Mrs. Lana Osman I really appreciate the advice I was given and all the follow ups I was promised and called me back giving me regular updates and I am very greatful.
