I had a horrible experience with the surgery at 223 Charlton Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA3 9HT. I visited on 24/08/24, and the doctor assured me that my prescription would be sent to my registered pharmacy. However, it was never sent. After several days without my essential medication, I tried to contact the surgery but found no telephone number listed on the NHS website.

Due to the bank holiday, I was left without my medication for five days (Sat-Wed). When I contacted the Mollison Way Surgery to inquire about my prescription, they shockingly informed me that there was no record of the doctor prescribing anything! This is outrageous, as there is no proof of my consultation with the doctor. After expressing my concerns, the receptionist finally contacted the doctor, who confirmed the prescription but told me I had to wait yet another day to get it issued.

The service from both surgeries has been absolutely appalling. After already waiting four days without medication, they had the nerve to ask me to wait longer. I’m baffled as to why Mollison Way Surgery refers patients to this useless location—perhaps it's just to earn a commission from the government while leaving patients to suffer without proper care. With Sunday and a bank holiday in the mix, I had to endure three more days without my necessary medication. I was forced to visit a private doctor for my ear bleeding, which cost me additional money on top of the high NHS taxes I already pay.

The government needs to crack down on negligent surgeries like this and ensure they do not continue to operate. Avoid this surgery at all costs!
