Visited earlier today at 12:30 (Saturday) and the pharmacy was completely closed despite being advertised to be open until 13:00 on Saturdays (both online and on the paper on the door).

There was also no message on the door to indicate why they were closed during opening hours. There was also an elderly gentleman outside who was just as confused as I was.

Thanks to all the staff at Charlton Pharmacy who are always able to assist with my many prescriptions. nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Also love all the eco-products and gifts on offer. Keep up the fantastic work.

The worst customer service they refused to take my (4yr old) sick child’s prescription due to ‘no signature’ which I received from A&E. I was told in such a rude manner that made me feel like I had done something wrong. The rude lady began to express that they can’t do anything, even when I said please can I call the doctor or hospital to get them to resend one? She said NO we can’t do it here even if we could we only have one of the items so still couldn’t do it anyway (and smirked) then continued to say you have to go away and do it yourself not here! I felt so helpless, leaving in tears after no sleep and 7 hours in A&E I felt defeated, I then looked down and noticed their was a signature and doctors full name just above the bit it said signature, so he did sign it, just they didn’t bother looking. I went to another pharmacy in Cheltenham AMAZING who took it with no fuss and saved the day and my sons pain with the medication he needed. Never going in there again, no empathy and looking properly either!
May I add I went back in 10 mins later and told them I got the prescription, one nice lady whispered sorry, she was the only caring one, the rest clearly don’t like their job!

I've had such a great experience with charlton pharmacy- I knew I wanted to use reusable nappies but had no idea where to start!

Siu-Mai helped me understand them and gave me information about absorbency of materials - so I actually have reusable nappies that work for us!

Anytime I have popped in - the staff have always been extremely pleasant and eager to help! They offer an amazing range of products and refills and definitely is an asset to our community!

I have bought several nappy- and baby-related items on multiple occasions through the website (never had the occasion to go to the store), and I have never been disappointed. There is a wide variety of high quality items so everyone can find what they are looking for. My parcels were always prepared and sent promptly, even now that I live abroad. Great pharmacy, has been our go to for years. The opening times are not correct on Google though, they are closed for about an hour at lunchtime.

Recently visited the pharmacy to get the chicken pox vaccine for my child. The process was really straight forward and the pharmacist was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.
