Charity People have been incredibly supportive since 2022! Thanks to Zelda’s dedication and hard work, I secured my first paid role at MS Society. She guided me through the interview process, ensuring I knew what to expect. Later, I was offered another role through them at The Salvation Army in PR.

The team is always friendly and supportive, and Zelda keeps in regular contact with me. Her extensive experience in the sector, along with her kindness and professionalism, makes such a difference. Charity People truly go above and beyond to provide the best experience for their clients.

Thank you so much!

I have been placed on two occasions through Charity People and I cannot paise them enough. Both times I felt so supported by the team - Amelia, Tatiana and Zelda all have been at the end of the phone to give advice on how to approach the interviews. I felt really prepared, confident about my own experience and looked after by people who genuinely care about getting the right fit for both the applicant and the organisation.

Ive worked with/via the organisation for many years and even had the opportunity to work with them directly in their office. Always profesional and extremely responsive ...they have the ability to place the right person in the right organisation . Where additional information has been required for a candidate to be successful they have been on hand to offer an opinion . Ultimately they display a deep understanding of whatever organisation they are placing a candidate and you feel equipped prior to securing a position.

This is a great company - they actually call you back, keep you informed, offer you what you have stated you’d like in employment & don’t waste your time or theirs. I highly recommend Zelda, she was so friendly and helpful.

I was primarily speaking with Zelda and Farrah in the temp dept, who are both great. Zelda genuinely made effort to build a relationship with me, which I really appreciate as some places you can barely remember who called you from day to day. Charity People get a lot more interesting and unusual roles on the temp side than many other places too, which is a real godsend. Having found permanent work, I'll no longer be speaking with Zelda but I'm really grateful for all she's done for me.

I received psychotic communications from an employee Lucy Honeyman. Having a bad day is n't an excuse to have random temper tantrums on candidates. No apology was given. Definitely an agency to stay away from. After this bad experience, I registered with another agency and was hired within 3 days.
