I, and other elderly people, had an early appointment today for a Flu and Covid jab. The person doing the jabs was nearly 1 hour late (apparently due to traffic delays). After about a further 30 mins. he started giving just the Flu jab - none of the Covid jab available.
He could not say when it would be available and did not know whether we would need to apply. He could only suggest we phone the pharmacy later.

I give one star to the delivery drivers who are lovely.Ive never known a pharmacy that can’t provide medication. I stupidly accepted what they said, like there are manufacturing issues etc, until I called other pharmacies that assured me there are no issues. This pharmacy has affected my mental health, obviously they lie. I’ve witnessed others being told the same thing. I now have problems with my womb, because they didn’t give me progesterone They lied that there were manufacturing issues with disulfiram, yet every other chemist was able to get it. I’m devastated and disgusted. I had to chase my medication twice today, it should have been delivered yesterday. I can’t describe the trauma and upset it’s caused me.

The pharmacist has no idea what they are doing. I’m waiting to be served and they look at me and say nothing. I asked for a medicine which they had in stock and did not give it to me. Not to mentioned overhearing the pharmacists talk amongst themselves about giving a patient the wrong prescription

Visited this pharmacy today for the first time, I was in the area so it was convenient. Staff really pleasant and helpful. There was a huge queue but all were dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately one impatient customer made a point of complaining loudly about waiting times and systems in place, she was totally out of order as all the staff were doing all they could do under the circumstances. It seems to me that the pharmacy needs more staff but are not being allowed to recruit by the owners of the company, which is a great shame.

Pleasant staff and but lead Pharmacist is most of the time late in mornings not sure why ! Hence staff can’t issue prescriptions on time in mornings.

Edit: poor experience when arranging a prescription for my child. The pharmacist could only provide half the prescription as the medicine would not keep. They failed to take into account the bank holiday when prescribing. Consequently, our child missed several doses of their medication.

Sadly the pharmacy has gone downhill since Colin left. We have been with them for years and today I have changed to a different pharmacy. Constantly being told they are waiting on medication requiring 2 or 3 visits to complete prescription. Found some of the staff have become quite rude too.
