I’m Finally done with this place! I’ve been here for 10 years, always hated the place, I’d wait until I was so ill before contacting the place for an appointment just incase I got better so I didn’t have to face a doctor who couldn’t give a flying **** about your general health let alone your mental health. “Here, here’s some tablets with vicious side effects” “Next patient” “oh if you feel suicidal phone 111 there will probably be a 6 hour wait though!” Final straw came when my son asked me to go with him as he hates this place, I went with him and tablets are given out to him like sweets and not a **** given about listening to him I mean really listening to him. Oh and by the way when you are sat in one of the seats by the Drs Door you can hear everything that’s being said to the patient, I had to move when I heard an elderly lady discussing her private health that would have been so embarrassing for her if she knew others could hear her! CHAPEL END SURGERY DON’T FORGET THE PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL PART OF YOUR JOB!!

Always a good and professional service from the Doctors and the staff. The only negative is the meet and greet from the two receptionists sitting behind the closed screens, they tend to ignore you and keep you waiting before you are even acknowledged. The new refurbished surgery looks great, but the sound proofing is not brilliant and you can ear conversations between the patients and the staff. One concern is the front door that automatically opens directly on to the footpath/road, dangerous for young children.

Never had a problem in getting an appointment & they were particularly helpful when I had infection following surgery. Chose the surgery based on positive reviews and poor experience with GP's more local to me.

Very nice reception team. Many thanks to Jackieline Hale, a good and patient doctor. Very bad experience with Dr Motola. Always was rude with me, never let me speak till the end, always in a hurry, Thinking that he is a big doctor. But a big doctor should have patience with everybody.Never had patience with me probably because I have anxiety or because I am not a English woman. I am very disappointed. After the last appointment he makes me cry. Tomorrow I will change the Gp only because of him. He said not to come anymore.I think also to make a complain based of this situation.

I have always found the surgery helpful and supportive, experiences with both the Nursing staff and Doctors has always been positive and I have felt my concerns are listened to and addressed. As with all surgeries booking in can be a little hectic but I find most of my needs can, and have been met remotely and then face to face if required. They have also been great with my children.

Very concerned to see the poor reviews - they absolutely don't reflect my experience at all! My doctor has always been very prompt, considerate and efficient in dealing with my medical needs. I have never waited more than 20 minutes when I'm in the surgery, but one must understand that the waiting times are endemic of an under-resourced NHS. That isn't the surgery's fault! I have found their telephone consultation to be particularly helpful, especially when I don't need to come into the surgery to see the doctor. He informs and empowers me to make decisions regarding my medical care whilst ensuring I am getting the right treatment. The surgery itself isn't dirty as suggested in another review. Excellent practice. Well recommended.

Utterly useless. I have paperwork from local hospital to say dressing needs changing on a specific date. Best the doctor surgery can do? A week later.
111 it is.

I have never had a problem with getting myself or and of my family in to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. All are very friendly and very thorough. When seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner I feel very comfortable and they listen to why I’m there. They also explain things really well. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The only one thing it does need improvement on is it needs a paint and update in the waiting area but that’s not what I’m there for to look at the decor.
