I was seen by Dr Harry Carter and honestly couldn’t praise him enough. He was so thorough and did all examinations necessary. He was also extremely easy to speak to and made me feel so comfortable. I haven’t stopped singing his praises since my appointment. He was also so reassuring and made sure that I was happy at the end of my appointment. Working as a healthcare professional myself I was so impressed with him. Such a kind and caring Dr. Thank you so much!

Really bad service here, doctors are rubbish, they don't even examine you, just offer you drugs that you don't want or need, they get you out ASAP. My doctor doesn't do booked appointments now, so they told me to ring them at 8am on wednesday. Nobody answers the phone, been first in line now for over forty five minutes!!!

I was booked in for a face to face appointment but when I got to reception and signed in, the nurse rang me. She did my appointment over the phone while I was in reception rather than walking five feet to come and get me. Very lazy and rude I could have stayed home and had the phone call.
It was their suggestion to have a face to face appointment.

I recently changed my GP practice to chantry. I am so happy that I did. Ever since I joined they have been extremely supportive, the reception staff were very accommodating and I was able to talk to a doctor (Dr Ghosh) who was very compassionate and helpful, who then arranged a quick appointment for me. When seen by the nurse (Donna) she was extremely supportive, kind and caring. Donna listened to my concerns, sorted everything out and put my mind at ease. Thank you!

This surgery has been fantastic during these difficult times has totally changed my opinion of them. Am often there to get regular injections and am straight in and out. My GP has been great, the nurses and reception too. 🙂

My appointment 15/12/2020 at 14:00pm, Tuesday at Chantry Health Group, the nurse treatment room 10 is called Karen Poulter, I am shocked that she is not Karen? Since, Karen Poulter did very well and professionally, she always collected my blood sample very gently and painlessly, also she carefully inserted a small needle, the correct size into one of my veins and blood came out smoothly. Unfortunately this time, she looked like an elderly at the age of 65 wearing glasses. My first horrible experienced ever, she used the wrong size needle to access my vein shallow and too deep...deeper in a wrong location until I screamed it hurts so bad and her tone showed no responsibility or care, I immediately told her she hurt me and she didn’t seem very apologetic and continued to draw my blood and no blood coming out. I am shocked how qualified she is to become a nurse and treat patients like that? In the next day, my hand continue pain and numbness, it seems like the nerve damaged, and I've phoned to Dr Ghost for the emergency call, he asked me to took paracetamol no more than 8, if continue worst will going to accidentally emergency a & e hospital. The next day, my fingers, like electric shock and muscle, continue to weaken. It is increasing my anxiety and depression because I can't cook and I am not able to do a small amount of homework as my everyday routine. I cannot trust that my right hand will perform as expected as normal. There is severe pain, wrist to my second finger and sometimes middle and last two fingers. It's a risk if you meet the wrong person and the unknown name of the nurse.
