Been trying to get an appointment for 4 months, called 111 yesterday and was told that my details had been forwarded onto this joke of a medical centre and they had to give me a physical appointment just to be told I had to book an appointment online and that it'd be a phone consultation on Tuesday!!! I'm in a lot of physical pain and these morons are useless and don't care. Bring back Mohile and Lee or at least dr's like them and get rid of the clowns that are currently there.

Would rate it 0 stars if i could.
I have called many times now trying to get my 6 month old baby seen by a doctor.
After waiting 1 hour each time to get through i am told a doctor wont see me. I was referred to A&E for Cradlecap and a rash on two separate occasions which could have been handled by a doctor. Waited 3+ hours to be seen at A&E each time having to take a day off of work.
Called other times and was told they can only get a chemist to speak to me about my baby.
Was told if i want an appointment i have to call at 8am, so i did and was on hold for over an hour only to be told 'you should have called at 8am all appointments have been taken, if you want an appointment queue outside at 7.30am (in November) and you might be seen but it depends on how busy we are'. This is all for my 6 month old baby. Absolute disgrace. Ended up having to pay over £100 to get a Private GP to see her. What am i paying my taxes for?!!!!! Disgusting.

Being totally honest, if I could give a Zero I would! Every single time I ring, the wait is ridiculous, along with the recorded message thanking me for my patience! Which I am losing whilst waiting! Yet they have the time to ring me to confirm my middle name! I See someone different every time, and whoever it is always make me feel like im a liar! And I only go if I really need to!, that's if I get through or even manage to get an appointment!

Told me I had an appointment here to see the doctor. Arrived and then told me that it was a phone appointment. Waited to receive a phone call; didn't get one... Wouldn't have minded if I didn't have another issue that required physical examination, but to not even receive the basic phone call?!?

What's happening to this system? May as well throw it away all together.

I was on the phone 35 mins then they answered me I wanted my problem sorted out trying to explain then the lady on thr desk closed the phone in my face now I am on the phone again calling not happy 😑 1 bit this doctors should he closed down and the staff are so rude
Its unreal once people leave then she outs out your a joke . Never heard rude people in my life special from doctors

I'm really impressed how the new regime are building on the previous excellent work here.

Sure the transition takes time, but every doctor or APN I have seen here has been friendly & caring.

My treatment today was brilliant. On spot treatent due to my diagnosis!

Don't recommend going here unless you absolutely have to. The GP service is fine, but the reception service is not, every time you book a slot you have to wait for them to call you, just to miss the phone call and have to wait in 3 hours of holding time just to set another appointment.

Terrible! Spent nearly 45 mins queuing on the phone to be told there's no appointments. IF you are lucky enough to get an appointment you think you're seeing a doctor but you see someone that isn't qualified to treat or refer you.
