I hate having to give a bad review but the receptionist really need to buck their ideas up. They talk amongst themselves whilst people are waiting to be acknowledged at the window, when you call and you are number 1 in the queue you are still holding on for over 30 minutes? Plus when the GP says that you will need a follow up cxr after completing antibiotics you never receive a call to collect the form and you can never get through to remind them. I have been with this surgery for over 22 years and it's such a shame it's not run the way it used to be.

Really disappointed with the surgery never an appointment available, on hold for hours when calling and all staff never seem to care. It makes you scared to fall ill as you know you won't get the help when you need it!

How is possible to be closed a gp for staff training? Unbelievable, we can’t not get a proper consultation on time, waiting time on the phone is ridiculous, can it get any worse?
I don’t go to gp often because i don’t have to and i don’t like. But i do need it, i cannot believe the arrogance and the way i am treated.

I have been with this practice for over 20 years and they are excellent, Dr Ritu is a excellent doctor who takes her time to listen and shows empathy and understanding a very supportive doctor.

The practice is clean and tidy, the nurses are warm and friendly. Ell the receptionist is excellent she is so through and always gets the job done no request is to big for her and she knows I appreciate her very much.
I find this practice is safe, caring, well lead, effective and responsive.

I have no problems with his practice so I am unsure why the low score on reviews as this is not a reflection of the level of care I get.

This is a excellent practice, I know all of the staff and they are familiar with me, always friendly and caring.

The new nurse is lovely and easy to talk too, I couldn't give this practice a low score cause they have always been there for me

Aaliyah and Hattice again excellent sorry if I have spelt names wrong.

Very friendly well done guys.

Thank you to all of the staff

2.1 reviews out of 5 are speaking themselves. Keep calling all patients upstairs and saying take a seat. When went upstairs; saw 10 chairs and 20 plus people waiting in corridors and tight spaces. Poor management for sure when raised concern a rude staff shouted in a bad manners. I said you should be nice and polite to your customers. First of all you should appointment times to those numbers only which you can cope easily. If given then ask some patients to take seat downstairs also to avoid the suffocation of so many people in a small house based surgery. Shame on NHS also who allow such dirty and smelly homes based surgeries. This place treat you like sheep and rats. I wish they can learn some humanity, dignity and respect. No courage to listen any concern at all.
