Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional!

Excellent service!

Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!

Disgusting service.I booked online appoiment for my 7 month baby.They called 3 times on roll and I called back straight away because I was change my toddler and when I went to pick up the call finished considering the last doesn't was a call because it do half off one tone.The lady from reception told me I will need book appoiment again or call 111 I try to explain to her what happened and why they call 3 times on roll or basically 2,why they don't give some minutes between ,she doesn't know what reply about that.
Now my baby needs past one more day on pain for this useless Heath Center.

I offered 5 starts for Dr. HANNAH. She always explained to me very polite and friendly with lots of information about my problem or my children's problem and answered to all my worries, so thanks to her all my big problem became a small one. You can see from far away she lives her job and looking after her patiens. I left always her room being thankful and more relax by getting the right treatment or the right check. We need more doctors like her.

Also, I offered 5 starts for another Doctor from your surgery. Unfortunately, I do not know her name because all the time she said she is calling on behalf Ashton Surgery. She is doing telephone appointments. She is very kind and she does her job in a proper way explainig everything very well. When I waiting for a telephone appointment, I always hope to be her on the other side because she knows what she does and if she believe the patient need to be seen, she can get this for you. Thank you.

Your nurse is very friendly and kind too. It's such a Joy when you meet people who loves their job and they do right things.

It's very important the behaviour because I do not know someone who wants to be patient. So, please, DO not forget to be polite and friendly with each other. Makes our life happier.

I have been with this surgery for 5 years now they have been excellent from the doctors to nurses to receptionists all staff been fantastic but unfortunately today I had to experience one of the worst service ever. The second receptionist (I’m guessing she’s new because I haven’t seen her before) was extremely rude and annoying she doesn’t know how to talk or listen to someone when they asking her questions. She needs up skilling she is nowhere near rest of her colleagues. No politeness, no friendliness and no professionalism!

I went there for my husbands blood test, and we were told the blood sample lab received was too old for test result. So because of your carelessness we had to book 1 more appointment and undergo 1 more blood test. Not expected this terrible service from a health center.

To be honest not all receptionist a few receptionist working here , and the old and longest one working there was very rude very very rude , I don’t know if they know their job ? . There’s no sympathy especially to all mother’s have kids … please quit you’re job being receptionist in this clinic if you acting bi*ch , we are not gonna need ur help if we don’t really need it , We being polite every time we called We called because WE NEED IT . It’s annoying when you guys acting bi*ch and rude to us and we all need is just an appointment . And you guys have sign that be “ POLITE “ how about you guys are you being polite to us. ?
