I am a member and attend one of the classes here. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful along with being friendly. The gym and conditioning suite are both well equipped. The pool is good but you are best to find out the timetable for swimming as there are lots of different classes so choosing the right time to visit is essential as if you just turn up you may be disappointed. The atmosphere is good, with a welcoming attitude towards everyone.

I have been a member for many years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The build has been in use now for several years so compared with more modern buildings it may appear a little worn the equipment is up to date. Sadly there used to be a cafe which lent an air of a community centre but this was closed last year.

Great swimming teachers but the centre needs a refurb desperately because the changing rooms are borderline disgusting. There also needs to be a better process for last minute cancelled swimming lessons due to "accidents" in the pool because that's lost money on the direct debit scheme... 7 times in the past year adds up to quite a lot of lost money!

The pool was lovely. Some of the staff are really friendly but others I find are quite rude to the elderly lady who I take with me. I was quite shocked and disgusted.
