Carlene never disappoints with her treatments. She is friendly, puts you at complete ease. She is thorough & always checks throughout the treatment to make sure you are ok & adjusts the treatment/programme to suit. I saw Carlene for a few months after suffering with continued pain from a pinched nerve in my neck, and general 'sticky' mobility in my lower back, which was causing severe headaches. Carlene immediately set me at ease from the very first appointment; and worked with me to understand my issues and how best to approach resolving them. She worked absolute miracles and within a few sessions the headaches had completely gone. Carlene is very professional yet manages to come across as approachable and familiar, which I found very reassuring. I will not hesitate to go back in the future when I need to.

Carlene treated me at Craven House, Leighton Buzzard 5 times from April to September 2023. The initial treatments were for Piriformis Syndrome which was giving me sciatica like symptoms down my right leg and foot, and later for IT Band Syndrome which was giving me pain behind my left knee at the top of the calf. The treatments included cupping, hot rocks, various stretches and massage for my glutes and hamstrings. I found Carlene to be extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in her assessment of my gait and the root causes of the issues I was suffering from. Her treatments, particularly the cupping, were quite powerful resulting in some muscle aches in the following days but proved to be most effective. Both syndromes have now subsided to the point where they are barely an issue any more, although continuing with the stretches will almost certainly be required in order to maintain this status. There was zero pressure to continue with further appointments once it was clear the treatments had been effective and I wouldn’t hesitate to see Carlene again in the future if necessary.
