Poor problem solving skill and poor communication skill from care coordinator.
My client got worst than i have taken 2 weeks annual leave.She lost the ability to walk. I have found MARCHART not been signed and medicin in blisterpack.Photo taken about MARCHART and blisterpack sent to supervisor. So i could not looking after her own my own because the supervisor told me it is the company policy client has to be hoisted by 2 carer.
So first time an other agency come 3 or 4 times later the supervisor sent an other live in carer. She was a bully, she was shauting with me. The firts day she had her lunch after she went to bed. I complained about her for the supervisor and the care coordinator the result of this the care coordinator sent me on a week annual leave.
After a week i returned and i found out i lost my permament work. I worked for the client for more than 4 years... The company was lying to me about a week and was lying to the client. My client has dementia... i ám not sure in she understand that how long i go away. She said that to me i do not want the bloke here. The new carer look like a man because she has short hair... I still did not get paid for my annual leave altugh i rang her and sent email too.. and i do not know who will pay my
train ticket from Norwich to London as nobady got contact me, do not go to work because you lost it.

Cera care stowmarket have been very good,I would say look into it before working for them milage is claimed through your tax and o hours contract,but I have been treated far and have no other complaints
