This company do not care even after complaining to the manager. My mother had these carer's 4 times a day . For what was ment to be for hourly visits . Was lucky if they stayed 10 mins some visits . Complained on numerous occasions. But nothing ever got done . My mother was taken in to hospital saying she was end of life 16 months ago . She was put into full time 24 hr care 14 months ago . And suprise suprise she is still with us . They care she received from premier care Darwen was an absolute joke . 😒
