Poor quality service too my son now been threatened with another warning due too staff winding him up and other service user also been banned from going to see my son in his own house told my son need to go too crabbe street office to discuss his care needs then get told he is on his last warning don't recommend this care company appalling ignore my sons needs because other service users have less capacity don't treat no one different they are all there for own individual needs alot has been threatened too my son but blind eye turned

I would highly recommend Cephas care, they have been very responsive with my enquiries into finding long term residential care for my family member. I have been fully involved with the process of admission and I am certain I have found my Nans forever home in Mundesley, all staff have been extremely supportive during a difficult time. I would highly recommend Cephas Care as a care provider, and Clarence House as a residential care home for your loved ones.

very poor management at head office when problems are raised they are ignored before passing the blame to others and trying to hide to true facts.
Building maintenance is only done as a last resort and for the smallest amount of money to maximise profit over care and often to a very poor standard ( walls painted without sanding and filling them etc)
Every home run by this company is below standard for well led when rated by Cqc.

The worse company ever and how dare you leave someone on the toilet and left them knowing they need support and going to write up a big report to put every where please don't not send anyone there because they don't care all they care about is there staff and them self and a manger said to a customer that I finished work and that I going home to my lovely family and having a lovely evening knowing that customer has not family how dare you say that

Very nice girls but not experienced. Very very poor management. Too many carers in one week. 2016 top management views if you didn't like it go somewhere else. Bur very kind inexperienced untrained carers
