The decision to start therapy turned out to be one of the best for me recently. I strongly encourage Dr Krzysztof Zwolan. Krzysztof is a specialist in the full sense of the word and a man of high personal culture and empathy. I believe that it is not worth delaying, but allowing yourself a better, fuller life without mental suffering. Happier and more fulfilling. Highly recommended !

I very rarely write reviews, but in this case I wanted to share my experiences. Some time ago I came to Krzysztof with many problems and he turned my world upside down. For 20 years I struggled with certain blockages that he turned off. Before I found him, my glass was always half empty, now it is not only half full, but I can see how to fill it. I have dealt with many therapists and psychologists in the past, even those who teach at renowned universities, but they did not give me what Krzysztof did. If you really want to change your life, Krzysztof is the best person to help you! Imagine that you wake up every day and want to live, that you have a plan, that you feel pleasure when drinking the first sips of coffee or tea, that you smile whether it is raining or sunny... imagine it... he can change your life!

Przechodziłem przez ciężki okres i pierwszy raz zdecydowałem się na terapię. Krzysztof jest wspaniałym terapeutą i wspierał mnie przez cały okres terapii okazując empatię i zrozumienie.
