I wish I could give -1. Not because of the doctors. But for the reception or admin stuffs. They are very very rude. This morning I came for an emergency appointment at 8:20 am there was a lady sitting there in reception. as soon as see saw my face her face just become very straight , I even said good morning no reply nothing. How rude you can be lady. I didn't showed up to you for fun. I am litraly suffering and , my GP made this appointment after the telephone conversation based on the seriousness of my condition.I normally don't speak louder.Also
Because of my condition, I can't really speak louder, she crunches her forehead and very Rudly said can you speak bit louder please.Than she started questioning me like I made up this appointment. Then she said loudly go and sit don't know when Gp is going to call you. I feel like crying after seeing her behaviour.
I feel very insulted. Its really sad that we paid a high amount of tax and get this sort of behaviour from the NHS stuff. Did there supervisor never review their performance or what. I can see the other patients have left very bad review why they just cant take any action? Shame on you guys. Just shame on you

Telephone appointment as usual. GP didn't know who I was. Had no idea of my housebound situation . Didn't listen.Kept talking over me and demanding I or someone on my behalf attend the surgery to collect a specimen bottle didn't understand that I live alone and any visitors I get are outside surgery hours. Very difficult to understand on the phone

This doctors is a joke can never get through on the phone and when you do there is no appointments!
Phoned them up this morning to try and get a on the day appointment I had phoned them 10 times before for I got through ! Explained that my little boy was really poorly and that I thought it was hand foot and month for them to tell me he can’t be seen and to go to the chemist for advice so that what I done then they’ve turned round and said it’s defo not that and it’s really worse than that to phone the drs back up and demand that they seem so I did this really politely and they was very rude not understand at all bearing in mind that his only 1 plus he was a prem baby and even when I expressed how concerned I was and that they needed to book him in all they kept saying is that they only had one dr the receptionist are really rude and not understand at all !

After having at least 7 to 8 dscussipns with Drs and receptionists on how and where to send my electronic prescriptions for my stoma supplies ( I have an Illeostomy and Urostomy) they repeatedly failed to complete these prescriptions resulting in me having to spend an entire weekend with no stoma bags. The cost this resulted in , in terms of new bed sheets, mattress and clothes because of severe soiling is wholly unacceptable, as is the completely ignorant and dim witted response from the receptionist when I complained to the practice about it. In fact I think the lack of empathy, rudeness and ignorance is a worse crime than the original mistake. Clearly if I’m left without essential items for everyday life then those concerned have not done their job.

I just got my fit note , and an appointment , and I just wanted to say the receptionist Jane is amazing , you've made me smile today , definitely made my day , we need more people like her In the world , definitely reccomend 🙂 ( I hope the kindness and love goes back her way too) :)) !xx

After trying many avenues to get my mum the right medication and help , Nicola from reception was so helpful. I then had a conversation with doctor koak over the phone who listen to mums needs and went above and beyond to give her the right medication and offer her extra help if she needs it.

Extremely unhappy with the service. 1- no one answers the phone. 2- prescription never complete and now i cannot reorder prescription at the pharmacy i need to visit the surgery also they are aware of my condition, blood clots on my lungs, kidney failure and heart condition all limiting the distance i can walk. NOT HAPPY 😡
