I have been with this clinic for a long time all staff was lovely with me and they doctors was looking after me a lot .

I love all of them in this clinic .
I never can forget the Nazgol, my support worker ,God bless she and always I pray for she .
I need more support, but I still l have a lot of problems with my mental health .
Believe me when I came to see my doctor and staff here ,I feel like I'm with my family and safe and . . .............
I love you allllllllllllllllll who working there.

Rubbish, unprofessional workers at this place at first impression and experience I was referred back in 2020 by the South Kensington & Chelsea Mental Health hub following a triage assessment and diagnosis. They NEVER cared to even see or assess me once and after a long wait it became obvious they would not have me. No reason given. One woman on the phone working at Waterview as I called to check what happened with my referral stated: ‘Do you really want to be with these people’?! Yuuk. What a shamble. 🤬

Basically just put them all in a room together and let them hear each others traumatic experiences as a form of ‘intervention’.
Here they believe that an individuals mental health is some kind of tool to allow them to do the least yet still be paid. All part of the brilliantly underfunded research for the critically high impact of mental illness in the Uk. In strong condemnation of this mental health care centre, I strongly discourage you to let anyone you care about be referred here!
