Very impressed with this surgery. I have always managed to get a same day appointment with either a doctor or a nurse. The medical diagnosis and treatment has always been effective, you can’t ask for anymore that that.

Prepare for a wait. Although I waited between 30 and 45 minutes AFTER my appointment times on 3 consecutive occasions they refused to see me as I was 15 mins late due to traffic as the doctor was actually running on time that day which is rare.
I was advised to come back or call Monday. The last time I did that I queued before opening and was first in line. Later that day I watched each of the people behind me come and go from their appointments before I was eventually seen......30 mins late!?
Is there some sort of club I have to be in or something? This is really, really poor service.

These Drs are the best, there is always a way of getting an appointment. If you can't, try ringing for call back or make appointment with nurse practitioner. Admin are friendly and helpful, I have never had an issue in 5 yrs

Absolute nightmare to get through to the surgery, constantly engaged then put on hold often for over 15mins with no telling as to if you are still connected. Disgraceful service when help required!

This surgery hands down saved my life in a sense I was alcohol dependent and probably a nightmare to deal with but they helped me out massively and this year I will be 5 years sober thanks so much to everyone that helped out amazing staff
