Wouldn't go here again. Nearly 3 weeks after a simple cyst removed from head and it's still not healing, I'm still in agony with it and I raised concerns on the day about how my procedure was done and I am now regretting ever going there.

My first operation, I was very nervous but the staff reassured me throughout procedure which helped immensely, very friendly and professional surgeon and clinical staff looking after you. It was all done within an hour , had a coffee then went home. Had a little pain for a few days but eased a little as days went by.Had my staples out 10 days later with no problems, healing up well. Brilliant service from the nhs.

Had a hernia operation done here nearly 3 weeks ago. I must say if I ever needed another miner operation again would definitely go back here . All the staff was lovely and very professional, the surgeon explained everything thoroughly and the lady nurse was lovely and the man nurse getting me ready before the operation and after was very lovely and caring. Absolutely spotless every where . There was tea & coffee & biscuits which was lovely . Couldn't fault anyone because they were all lovely & caring. I know it seems a bit strange when you walk in for the first time and there s no receptionist, but don't worry there is a sign as you walk in that tells you to take a seat someone will be along soon to check you in . I never know how bad my hernia was until I had it repaired. I feel so much better thankyou.

This is an amazing facility.
Upon arrival for my procedure, the staff were courteous and responsive. Ensuring I get settled in before the Consultant came for my final pre-op assessment.
During the surgery, the care and compassion of the team shined through... I was the centre of attention!

Afterwards, the surgeon explained all I needed to know about the post-op care and told me also to follow-up with my GP.
Thank you so much Cedar Park Healthcare... I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Vasectomy procedure

I first met with Dr OJO to have an examination after another surgeon previously telling me i couldn't have the procedure done under local anaesthetic as I'd had surgery for undesecended testicles at the age of 4 and would have to be under general at the hospital.
When discussing with him He was very confident he could perform the procedure safely so he got me booked in for the procedure.

I found all the staff very Professional and attentive they made me feel really comfortable and at ease from the moment of arrival.

Dr OJO Explained what would happen during the procedure and explained that there was going to be 2 other surgeons present as learning the procedure. Dr OJO and Grace made sure I was relaxed during the procedure which only took around 25 minutes. The procedure itself was painless to which I was pleasantly surprised.

( better some experiences than I've had at the dentists! I'd rather have this done again 10 times over 🤣)

Given plenty of info and advice about aftercare also would definitely recommend this Healthcare centre.

Now onto the road to recovery.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE REFFERED. GO FOR ANOTHER OPTION.
Very unprofessional and they treat you with no compassion whatsoever. I told them I was anxious about what was going to happen and they completely ignored me. They were so uncompassionate, really cold and rude. I believe I've experienced medical negligence at their hands. They treat you like you are an object and they treat you with no dignity or respect.
I won't go into details as to why I was there but I was told I didn't have an issue that the doctors thought I had, I get a second opinion elsewhere and they end up telling me I've had the issue all along. So Cedar Park misdiagnosed me, causing me to experience further health problems. Cedar park also said I had another issue that required surgery, I get second opinion and they said it isn't needed and that if I have the surgery then I'm at risk of never damage and further issues. So Cedar park also deliberately tried to cause further problems for me, and failed to acknowledge the real issues.
The place was extremely filthy and disgusting. They claim to clean it everyday but they must be pretending to clean everyday. The place is very run down.
Disgusting service.
