Attended the clinic for the first time today and I had such a great experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Dr Cassie was wonderful. She attended to all my needs and answered all the questions I had. She took her time to carefully diagnose me and put me at ease instantly with her smile. Thank you very much Cassie.

I got an appointment the same day (within an hour, but I realise that was lucky) very friendly greeting at Reception. James the Doctor was warm, empathetic and very knowledgeable offering great advice. I actually had a smile on my face when I left, feeling uplifted that a Doctor had listened!!! 100% recommend.

Very careful, do not go to this clinic!! after I paid 50 for an appointment for an ear problem, when I arrived at the clinic, the reception told me that if I wanted to consult a doctor I had to pay another 150. I left and was left untreated and with the money taken. ! !!

I was very impressed with the service. Right from telephoning the receptionist in the morning to make an appointment she was courteous and able to fit me in within a couple of hours. The clinician was polite and professional and treated me very quickly and gave me some useful advice in addition to the first class treatment.

My husband has now been twice to this Clinic for ear wax removal and had nothing but excellent professional service. Appointments have been very quick to obtain and the specialist was very thorough and helpful. Would recommend

Excellent advice from James, the GP I saw. Having been told in AE that I had gastroentinitis, he advised I probably had a blockage. I needed a colon re section.

The booking and customer service was excellent - extremely polite & friendly. However unfortunately did not find the person who administered the treatment to be very friendly. Very rushed. No explanation of anything. But would still recommend the practice and service overall.

Upon paying a substantial fee of £115 for a consultation, I was disappointed to be directed to acquire an over-the-counter medication instead of receiving comprehensive medical attention or prescribed treatment, which obviously didn’t work.
