Had an appointment with Audiologist Josh Sperring today. I have complex and complicated hearing, so I cannot praise Josh enough, he is very knowledgeable, explained everything to me which has been a tremendous help. Thank you.

I came to this opticians for an emergency eye check and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful. As a result of their care, I went on to have my general eye test with them and to choose new glasses. Adam Clark, who tested my eyes, was very thorough and Shaun Murray provided outstanding aftercare service and they provided me excellent glasses. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

I couldn't fault the professional and friendly service received at Cecil Amey Harleston.
Tanya the Optometrist was thorough in her checks and kindly explained the process throughout. I opted to have the OCT scan alongside my eye test, which included a much more in depth view into the health and condition of my eyes (which in my opinion is not only worth it, but really interesting as well!) Dispenser Sam was on hand to guide me through choosing new frames, the style and shape to suit me, followed by explaining the different lens types for my prescription, allowing me to fully make the final decision once I had received all the relevant information.
Kat, the Optical Receptionist handled the booking of my appointment, payment process and all necessary communications pre and post in a timely and efficient manner.
A lovely opticians where I will look forward to visiting again. Thank you all!

Took my father for long overdue eye test. They were all so lovely and patient and kind . I will be switching to them for my next eye test 🙂
