I had suddenly developed a problem with my vision so I phoned and was given an appointment an hour later. Over the phone the gentleman who took my details was calm and reassuring. On arrival I had some initial checks done and then waited in the beautiful waiting room upstairs. After being checked out very professionally as well as being told the diagnosis I was given written information to take away. All the staff were incredibly pleasant and professional. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I am very impressed with the way the opticians dealt with my son from the moment I called I was reassured by a lovely receptionist and she got me in the same day as my son needed to be seen in 24 hours the lady who saw my son was very professional and very kind and made me feel reassured that everything was okay walked out very happy with the service we received thank you too all the staff

Went to opticians week ago.i suffer ptsd and severe anxiety. This made me feel worse as they had now moved premises. But I found atmosphere relaxing staff very good no rushing. Waiting time was good.just Waiting to pick new glasses up now.
