As a service user with this company, my experience is mixed. They sometimes go out their way to help service users in their hour of need, however at night time there’s isn’t enough staff to run the home and they never answer the phone at night as I have experienced this when we drop the resident s off from the disco. Normally they would answer the door within 15 minutes but it is a concern when in winter time they are waiting outside in the freezing cold weather. And a while back, I was outside where the back door entrance is and i stepped back and fell over backwards. The wall broke my fall and I looked round and saw what had tripped me up. It was a plank of wood. I didn’t complain because I knew that they would not do anything so I went back inside and carried on with the Halloween Party. Proceed with caution when choosing this company for your loved one’s.

I had a friend who was a resident at this care home and their experience was appalling. The staff was rude and abrupt, the bed sheets hadn’t been washed and cleaned for weeks , the meals were inadequate for the residents and there were always a permanent bad odour within the home
