Top quality teaching with really friendly and supportive people. Perfect for beginners and competitors alike. The place is fantastic and everyone learns to hone their skills whilst having a laugh too. The instructor is very experienced and have a great way of teaching. There is a full-time class timetable, with BJJ classes running everyday during most lunch times and all weekday evenings. No-gi, Go and MMA classes so something for everyone.

Friendly and welcoming gym, I highly recommend BJJ classes at catch 22 norfolk for anyone, wether you are a beginner looking for a new hobby or if you already train and want to get to the next level and compete, catch 22 is a great environment for all. Head coach Chris is a black belt and a professional MMA fighter with a lot of experience, his instructions are always clear and he takes time to go over them as much as you need.

Excellent atmosphere, amazing rolling, great team of guys all working together to push ourselves to that next level. Best place around for new starters or returning from time off as coach Chris will always spend extra time to make sure everyone is 100% and happy.
