Excellent practice with helpful, knowledgeable staff.
We have been registered with this health centre for 3 years, but due to moving abroad we are now having to leave.
The quality of care from this surgery been very very good.
Excellent information always available and frequent updates by text messages.

the worst gp ever, i do not suggest this gp practice to anyone. rudest staff ever they think they own the world, they never do their job properly they always so ignorant and arrogant and they never help you the way you need.

Absolutely awful place. The receptionists are possibly some of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and getting an appointment is like trying to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. They have repeatedly messed up my prescriptions, lied to me on the phone and been generally unpleasant to deal with. If it wasn't for the fact I will be moving house in a few months, I'd not still be at this surgery as it is atrocious. A real shame as some of the doctors are fantastic but are being let down by the reception team and the fact that you can never get an appointment to see them.

Very very rude response from the receptionist and has the audacity to think she is a doctor and then to top it off next appointments isn’t until September 14th I have only been with the GP for 3 months .I have rang over 5 times for appointments and get told there isn’t any or it will take over month to get one this is shocking .If anyone thinks about join this GP I would strongly advise you not to . I will be changing to a different GP due to shocking service.

Got up 6 o'clock so I could phone docs at 8oclock 50mins later got through,only to be told couldent get appointment till the next month, so i ask again to make appointment they said phone back 8 oclock in morning, or phone 111. What ever symptons i have would have probably have got better by then or died. What is the point.

The receptionist is absolutely disgusting. Told me her name was Karen. “Careun”.
She told me I need to get my “priorities” right in regards to my 5 month old child. Her attitude towards me was appalling, she had no empathy to my situation, even after me telling her how my situation is delicate and it involves police she was abrupt and not helpful at all. Considering this is the receptionist at the doctors telling me to get my “priorities” right is horrific. 5 months post partum my mind is already down a line postnatal depression and this receptionist has made my mental health deteriorate as she thought it was acceptable to tell me what my priorities should be in regards to my 5 month old. My priority was to get her an appointment not be verbally targeted on the phone. I wouldn’t wish anyone to go through what I went through today, unfortunately this is not the first time the receptionists here have been rude. It’s a shame for the doctors who have been there from day one and kept the practice running that the entire health centre’s reputation is going down hill because of these untrained horrifyingly rude receptionists.
No matter what the situation, as a health professional they should be trained to a level on how to deal with sensitive situations adequately instead of being rude an abusive in what they say. Speaking of “priorities” the health centres “priority” should be to get new receptionist staff and to train them how to talk appropriately to all patients especially those who have sensitive circumstances.
