I have been a patient of Castlefields my whole life. Never had a bad experience. Yes on occasion its been hard to get an appointment but this new call back service/triage form is great no problems. Thanks to all who work there. I appreciate you all.

The worst GP I’ve ever been to. The reception staff are the laziest people on the planet and will do anything but work. It’s absolutely impossible to get an appointment nowadays as well

"Someone from the practice will contact you today"

So it turns out the new online service is just another way for them to ignore you despite the claims it's to help people get the care they need quicker. You fill in all the forms, you leave your details and lo and behold, weeks pass and you're still waiting for that contact that they claim will happen the same day. As a practice they've never cared about the patients but now they're dropped all pretense of pretending and they funnel you into a system that is actively ignored.

I registered back with this practice back in January after leaving many years ago, and have got to say I can't thank the staff hear enough starting with all the ladies on reception to the 3 doctors I have been fortunate in seeing. Now a few months ago I had a breakdown at work following the pressures my company has put me under. Now on each occasion the receptionists have spoken too 👏 have gone above and beyond to get me an appointment to see a g.p. and the doctors themselves have been so friendly and caring to me at this dificult time, but I would just like to say a special thank you to the mental health nurse called tess who phoned me up this morning. Now I was going to say so many positive things about her but I still don't think It would be enough to sum up this professional caring lady. So the only thing left I have to say is thank you 😊 castlefields health centre for taking me back as a patient, and keep up all your exceptional work.
