I've always been seen in a timescale and manner appropriate to the problem - phone appointments or prescription sent directly to the pharmacy to save time where appropriate = perfect. I've seen a number of GPs over the time I've been registered who've all been friendly and efficient.

The accessibility of appointments, even when calling after 10:00 AM, is truly remarkable. It’s reassuring to know that we can see a GP on the same day without any hassle. Unlike other practices where locum doctors frequently change, your team’s consistency is commendable. Most of the doctors have been here for years, creating a sense of trust and familiarity.

I especially want to extend my appreciation to Dr. Welch, Dr. Tewari, and Dr. Burton. Their patience, attentiveness, and willingness to listen make a significant impact on patient's well-being. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a concern about our daughter’s health, they handle each situation with professionalism and kindness.

GP’s here are great, but did not like the attitude of 1 particular receptionist at all. Looking at past reviews, it appears the practice has apologised multiple times, but obviously done nothing to rectify the issue.

Amazing practice, I hear many stories of other people struggling to be seen at their GP’s.

In the last 2 weeks I’ve had to call for appointments for both me and my Son, on both occasions we were booked in within 2 hours of the call.

I would highly recommend this doctors to anyone. I’m not too sure where the 3 stars have come from but I’ve always found the reception team to be lovely, both on the phone and in person. The whole process of signing up is really smooth and I was registered within 2 days, I’ve now been at this doctors for over 2 years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The doctors are incredibly helpful (including the doctors in training) and don’t try to rush you out the door. The telephone appointments are great when you are unable to make it in face to face. The pharmacy is right next door so makes life so much easier not having to drive and find parking somewhere else. I have recently seen Dr Noor Farid for an appointment and she’s been so helpful. She really listened and gave great advice, ensuring everything was followed up appropriately. Working in healthcare myself I can say this is a GP surgery that really puts patients first. Thank you.

I have been registered at Castle Healthcare for a few years now and have seen a range of GPs over this time. Compared in particular to experiences I know others have at other GP practices, I have always been very impressed with Castle. I feel like all the GPs I have seen have always been kind, really listened and always validated my reasons for booking an appointment which I feel is so important when seeing a healthcare professional. I have been pregnant and also got a toddler and also think the practice does so well fitting in appointments for young children/pregnant ladies. I also feel the wait for routine appts isn’t too bad and can usually get through on the phone without too much of a wait. I feel very lucky that we live in the area that Castle is our GP practice.

The doctors are great but the blonde receptionist is the issue here. I was home over the summer and asked them to move my medical documents over so I could be seen to easier should I need to be and they didn't do it.

I asked them 4 separate times and they kept responding with "if it's an ongoing issue you have to go to your uni clinic" completely ignoring me telling them to move my documents over.

I went in today and the same receptionist out right refused I be seen to stating because my health issue is a continuous one, they won't make an appointment for me despite me even signing a document the month prior for a temporal long stay at the clinic.
