I was extremely nervous about a tooth extraction, on the day all staff were understanding and helped to reassure me. Roxy carried out the procedure keeping me informed and calm the whole way, Sally was encouraging and comforting which meant the process was carried out in a controlled and friendly manner. I’ve been attending the surgery for about 2 years now since moving to the area and always appreciate the friendly atmosphere and kindness the staff show. I would recommend treatment with Castle Gate and hope to use them for many years to come.

Castle Gate Dental Practice are truly outstanding in every respect. My partner and I joined a couple of years ago, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

From the moment you walk through the door, the team on reception make you feel completely welcome. They’re friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure your appointments are convenient and regular. I’ve never once been kept waiting, which means so much when you’re squeezing an appointment into a busy workday!

Every dentist I’ve seen has been reassuring, gentle, and clearly an expert at what they do. Recently, I had some trouble with a wisdom tooth and called the practice hoping for a quick appointment. Incredibly, I was seen just two hours later. After a careful discussion, it was decided the best option was to remove the tooth and within five days, the procedure was done. Despite my nerves, I was looked after with the utmost care and compassion.

What really impressed me was the follow-up call the next day to check how I was feeling and to offer further advice if needed. That personal touch makes all the difference.

I honestly can’t praise Castle Gate Dental Practice highly enough. They’re professional, caring, efficient, and genuinely put their patients first. We’ve never looked back and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I've been going to Castle Gate for my entire life, there is nowhere I would trust more to look after me and my teeth than these people. The reception staff are polite, friendly and welcoming, as well as being kind and helpful with any queries you may have. The dental team are all highly professional but also caring, striving to (and succeeding to) provide exceptional quality work in all aspects of their job. Truly excellent people, I cannot recommend them all enough.

All the Team at the Castle Gate Dental Practice were welcoming, friendly and professional. I was offerred lots of information regarding my treatment plan and paymet options, I also recieved follow up emails and appointment reminders.The environment was very clean and the waiting areas are comfortable. I have been attending Castle Gate for many many years and have always received excellent attention and service.
Yesterday I had a filling which came adrift and left me with a gaping hole in the tooth.
I rang the practice and was given an appointment for today.
I arrived at the appointment time and was shown in by the consultant Emma who proceeded to repair the damage to a really excellent standard.
The service I received by all the personnel concerned was marvellous from start to finish.
I fully recommend Castle Gate Dental Practice.

A warm, kind, helpful and friendly group of staff! They all work hard offering great customer service in a calming environment.

I have been registered as a patient at Castle Gate practice for approx 5 years. In that time all staff from reception through to Dentists, dental nurses and hygienists have been friendly, professional and very efficient. The practice runs a dental plan that for a monthly fee cover's 6 monthly check ups and hygiene appointments approropriate to each patient. This ensures a manageable approach to dental health. As an ex dental nurse it was important for me to find a practice with excellent standards, you will find these at Castle Gate practice, I would not hesitate to recomend to family and friends. Brilliant dental practice - cannot praise them enough. Clean and inviting reception room, incredibly friendly and helpful team on the front desk, high tech systems with tablets, text reminders and patient portal where you can see your appointments and treatment plans. The dentist (Louise in my case) made the visit as painless and calm as possible, explained things clearly and was quick to help with any queries or concerns. Treatment room was also bright and airy and the appointment didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely making the dentist a less daunting experience! Also very reasonable in terms of costs. Would fully recommend.
