I really like this surgery. I like the policy of queuing before 10 to be seen by a doctor or nurse. Last week I only waited for 30 mins and the doctor was very nice and patient when he saw me. He listened to me and we made a treatment plan together. It’s always a good experience when I go. Lovely staff.

The new online registration for this centre was very easy and efficient, and the staff at the reception have always been very nice and helpful. I've only met with the pediatric nurse so far but she's been very polite and thorough with her job.

Worth mentioning though is they don't do appointments over the phone- if you need to see someone their policy is a walk in one. You need to visit the centre between 8-10am, join the queue and staff at the reception will direct you to your clinician.

Overall, I have an optimistic view of this NHS centre and hope it does not disappoint.

If I could of given 0 stars I would have. After registering my heavily pregnant daughter with the surgery last week, we had the misfortune of being confronted with the RUDEST passive aggressive receptionists I have ever had the displeasure to come across. The FIRST visit to the building and we followed the signs and approached the desk. We were unfortunately at the wrong surgery, we needed to be next door. This simple mistake however DOES NOT need to be Met with such hostility. If your reception staff cannot handle being in front of the public without that TERRIBLE attitude then perhaps some re training is necessary!!!! If this was my elderly grandparents being met by this bad attitude I would have been even less happy. How dare they speak to people that way!!! Absolutely furious!!!

Hi surgery is great
But the secretary woman i spoke too today is very rude , and when u suffer alot of mental health problems like i do ,u don't need a jobs worth on the end of the line ,

I got tablets im in need of and don't a rude a arrogant job worth woman on the end ,

As they say your company or surgery is only as good as your staff

If your staff are rude your surgery gets a bad name

So not impressed

You don't need people like that if you feeling very low and suicidal like I have

After a possible stroke went for a blood test. The nurse after about 5 minutes and two tries not able to find my veins sent me home. Now have to wait another week. When asked she said why I don’t go to the hospital. Never in my 51 years this happened to me. Very disappointed. Looks like she was in a hurry just ticking the boxes and not focusing enough on my needs as a patient.

Very hit and miss. Had to recenty speak to a "Dr" had to explain myself 3 times in the most basic laymen's terms and he still didn't understand. Had to chase further and found minimal notes taken and nothing that was of use. Totally useless and a waste of my time. Let down as a patient, should be ashamed of themselves!

I have been frequenting the surgery and had some really good experiences. Open access is brilliant and much better than hanging in the line. Highly recommend Dr Ramar, when I had a horrible stomach issue she helped me through every bit and gave me a clear understanding what is expected to happen

Dr Bello and Dr Muneer have both been incredibly kind, helpful and supportive with my recent health needs. The receptionists have also been super efficient and pleasant to deal with too, which makes such a difference from my last GP surgery!
