I’ve been dealing with an issue in my rhomboid area for some time, and after seeing Hadley-James , the improvement has been incredible. He’s a fantastic chiropractor—clearly very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. Not only has he helped alleviate my discomfort significantly, but he’s also a genuinely great guy with excellent chat that makes every visit enjoyable. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. If you’re looking for someone who can really make a difference while making you feel comfortable and cared for, Hadley-James is the one to see!

Very happy with the chiropractic sessions I have received from both Hadley James brown and will Barber, when I first came in I was in a lot of pain fro. My lower back and in too much discomfort to work , after the first session I felt some relief and pain subsided slightly and was able to work the next day , with the following 3 sessions over the next 2 weeks my lower back pain and existing hip discomfort have virtually gone, I can thoroughly recommend cariad healthcare to anyone.

If you need a chiropractor then this is definitely the best place to go. Hadley and Will are both really friendly and know exactly what they're doing when it comes to sorting out your back!

Went to Cariad Health with a compressed disc in my lower back. Old injury playing me up after a sport session so bad I couldn't even put my trousers on! After my first session I could dress myself again and 4 weeks later I'm back playing the sport I love, so thankyou Cariad Health for your expertise.

These guys work absolute miracles!
After months of battling back/piriformis/sciatic pain & not getting anywhere with GP appointments - I found Cariad at the top of the list on a google search!
The online booking system was easy to navigate, my first visit was a thorough & accurate diagnosis. I started treatment a little over 2 weeks ago & now we’re seeing really positive results. I’ve been treated by both Hadley-James & Will…. Who are both extremely knowledgeable & understanding .
It’s easy to feel a bit defeated & helpless when dealing with injuries but these guys have reassured me completely & the results speak for themselves.

Absolutely recommend these guys.

I went in with searing neck and shoulder pain, after visiting the GP and physio, no one could help, until I came here. After one session they knew what was wrong and how to help, and that they did!
Pain is almost gone and I know how to help myself at home now too.
Great value, and great service.

As a muay thai boxer, and someone who is constantly moving and exercising, this helped me greatly, and I'm nearly back to fight shape!

Hadley is extremely professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease. He explains everything really well and on the first appointment was able to tell me how long it would take to treat me and booked all the sessions in straight away. I've had 3 sessions so far and can feel an improvement already. I have gone from having a lot of pain to feeling really good in myself. My pelvis is an inch and a half higher on one side and I like the fact that Hadley has stood me in front of a mirror so that I can see this for myself. Today Hadley has done some extra work on my neck which was not part of the agreed treatment. Nothing is too much for him. A true, genuine gentleman who is obviously passionate about helping people and doing the best for them. Hadley has also provided exercises to help me and has advised what I should avoid at the gym. Highly recommended:)

I have a narrowing gap in my c6-c7 spine for the nerve to move freely, pinched nerve.
I had a terrible shooting pain down my left arm,loss of strength,tingling.
Done many sessions of physio therapy and Acupuncture, but i did not felt much better.
And then, I found Hadley, he put me through the serious sessions of stretching and strengthening my neck, i felt much better strength away after the first session.
Now I am pain free, no tingling and no shooting pain down my arm, regaining my strength back ?
It was a pleasure knowing Hadley, very professional and experienced chiropractor.
