Carers at Home are excellent they have people at heart. Their carers are just amazing. They have person centred care . Since 2012 they have showed super care and genuine love to my husband that we feel we are a family. My husband progressed from bed bound, full sling hoist, standing hoist, banana board transfer to just supervised transfer under the hands of Carers at home. Is it amazing and well appreciated. I can write pages or a book of praises about Carers at Home.They have all the six Cs . I always fly their flag very high.

Carters at home have helped my father and my mother. They have at all times been very professional, friendly and helpful. They have been able to adapt quickly due to changing needs. The careers themselves are excellent, friendly and supportive. We have been advised by experienced careers which has really helped us to adapt to a changing situation. We were recommended Carers at Home as being the best....and they are. They really care about the details, extremely responsible, thoughtful. When I say thoughtful, I mean that caring is not just turning up and making someone a cup of tea. They understand that each person is an individual and has different needs. The carers I have met from Carers at Home are people who have an understanding of caring for an adult, by this I mean that my Dad doesn't always have the same care needs each day or each week – they identify what needs to be done and either do it themselves or let us know any adjustments that need to be made. They are knowledgeable, understanding, practical, flexible and organised. What more can I say? I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought.

My uncle lived away from family.Carers at home staff went above and beyond their duties. Which meant he could stay living in his flat far longer than he would have done without their wonderful help. Not only were the carers great but if you phoned the office they always dealt with the problem. Most importantly they always got back to the family. It was great that we worked together. Always with my uncles best interest in mind.Any one who gets this company of carers ars lucky .

Maria from Carers at Home visits my elderly parents a couple of days a week to give their live-in carer a break. She is always lively and positive and very attentive to their individual needs. They look forward to her visits and she always gives their quiet lives a boost and lifts their mood. The CaH team in the background is efficient and committed, and communication between them and with me is excellent. 6 monthly review visits ensure that their changing needs are recognised, and CaH's connection into local social services has ensured that equipment is available promptly when needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
