Caremark have been caring for a close elderly relative with dementia for the past 18 months. I am very happy with their work. The staff are conscientious, kind, helpful and considerate. The management is always available and very flexible with changing the level of care required. The employees seem very happy, I asked a few of them and they feel they belong to an organisation that is hot too large so they know everyone and are treated well.

We have a great care team in place looking after my grandad with dementia. Staff are always really friendly and happy to help, and they genuinely care. Care team are always on time and really easy to get along with. Staff in the office are also really helpful and happy to accommodate changes where possible. Great company and would be happy to recommend. Thanks guys!

My sister and I cannot praise this company enough. Since they have been going into our mam the care has been excellent, nothing is to much to ask. With their help our mam would not be able to stay in her home. We would have no problem recommending thus company and we want to give them a big thank you for all there help and care.

Carers in place for my Mam. Worried at first as a family as we had never experienced having carers in the home, plus Mam had recently had a stroke so her care needs were quite specific. Need not have worried, the girls are amazing, we consider them like extended family. The team leaders are fab, all so caring and still professional. We couldn’t imagine mams day without these being part of it in. XX

If you are considering going into care work then try Caremark, I did. You can work hours to suit you. Uniform is provided free, full training and support when you need it, and if you're a driver petrol allowance is provided. Paid holidays too!! I've been with Caremark for 20 months now, never thought I would take to it.
