Uninterested with caring after a family member of mine ,had to change care company as we are looking into money being spent(stole) out my grandmas bank account without her consent or knowing, vile people

Shouldn’t even be a care company!!! How appalling they are is unreal, why are they leaving elderly people sat in their own mess for hours and hours on end, no washing them down nor changing their clothes for them to sleep, not even changing there pads. You have the name “careers” for a reason!!! Do you job instead of being sat on your phone not paying attention to the people you are meant to be CARING for. As caring for someone my self I know that it takes longer 8 MINUTES to shower/wash people with disabilities. under 10 minutes is no where near enough time to give them the full care they need to be receiving, THIS BEING, showing/cleaning, changing clothes, making food and feeding, medication so on so forth. This needs sorting before it gets taking higher up..!!!

An absolute joke of a company!!! Seems they are paid to sit on their phones and leave the elderly sat in their own mess 😡 after months of hoping the company would get better and settle in I still have to watch daily on how they mistreat my mother 🤬 it's truly disgusting that so called professionals can treat the elderly this way and get away with it... half of them have no idea what they are supposed to be doing yet their qr system clearly tells them but rather than read and do what is stated decide to ask a 74 year old woman with alzhiemers where her medication is stored (which by the way is hidden in a safe due to risk of overdose). I think this company should look harder into who they are hiring and make sure they know how to do their job properly before sending them out to vulnerable people!
Update... I am still going through the footage again as the carer is not being completely honest and I will be providing proof of that and will give u a call once I have completed it.

Absolutely the worst care company in Mansfield they cut calls down so if you have a half hour call they will cut it down to 15 minutes so this job is not for making money you’ll end up doing more work for less or the same money as they cut all calls down but still charge service users full price if I could put 0 stars I would also the office staff could not care less about your problems they are so rude they will hang up on you so nothing in this company gets sorted I give them less then a year before there bankrupt

Absolutely appalling... No organisation, Always late, always changing carers rota's, Deducting time's, Haven't been able to food shop this week an need to stock up my kitchen, Still waiting for the carer today an always waiting for carers so I can succeed my tasks, only had one hour on Thursday and 55 minutes yesterday and still waiting for the carer thats meant to be here... I have no time to shop today an always just have to go to the shop an get bare basic needs... I am going to write to the council and Make a complaint online... This carer company is nothing but a serious joke 🤦🏻‍♀️
