Thanks and gratitude to all those at Caremark who were involved in the wonderful care my husband received over a number of months. The office staff and carers themselves couldn't do enough to look after him, with sympathy and consideration for his intense pain and respect for his needs. A couple of emergencies arose; these were dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently in the office, no fuss. It was comforting that two of the senior staff were at the Thanksgiving Service for my husband who died earlier this month, an example of the care and support which had been extended to me throughout.

I have experienced different care agencies over the years. Caremark are outstanding, the care is genuine, holistic and person centred. You are more than just a tick box exercise, from the initial contact, you are treated as an indivdual with indivdual needs and requirements. In addition, the carers are respectful, punctual and friendly without being intrusive. I highly recomend this company and delighted to have working with me to support my personal goals in the future.
