The flexible work schedule has meant that my life is not all work but get to have me-time as well.

Carelink has been a saviour to me as a person. I came on a skilled worker's sponsorship visa and have been working with this organisation for the past 6 months. I couldn't think of a better place to work.

The management is excellent, and my colleagues are hard working. There is an open door policy where you can just pop in to see your managers without pre-booked appointments, and they are always there to listen to your concern and advise you accordingly.

There is a lot of both internal and external training and going out to the hospital for more complex training. There's supervision, appraisal, subsidised nights out, cooking lessons for those not used to English foods, and many more.

Before coming to England, I heard horror stories about other companies struggling to get work for their care staff, but Carelink is one in a million with excellent services to service users and staff. I get my contracted hours and sometimes more.

I'll recommend Carelink to both potential service users and carers looking for work.

Left my mum on palliative care your staff visited my dieing mother half way down the bed so she couldn't get the oxygen she was as she'd slipped down the bed because she wasn't propped up properly at to phone spa and get 2 district nurses out to her who then at to change her incontinence pad and sit her up as she was struggling to breath and said to ring for an ambulance she is still in hospital now carers came for the night time visit the district nurses said we've done your job for you now and the nurses wasn't happy with the care my mam received
