I am very pleased that I was able to play a part in helping lessen the worry and stress the family of a close friend of mine were experiencing in trying to do what was best from afar for their elderly relative living in Worcester. I introduced the family to Carefour Services and immediately the team stepped in and put in place exactly what was needed and provided the Grandmother with a dear lady carer whom she took to immediately when previously she had rejected other helpers and assistance. The outcome was that the old lady passed away peacefully with dignity in her own home with family at hand
