We are so grateful to Sam and the rest of the team at Valley Care. They helped my Mum stay very well cared for in her own home after my Dad had a severe stroke. Everyone from Valley Care was so kind to Mum and extremely professional dealing with medication and Mum’s health problems. Valley Care went way beyond the call of duty caring for my Mum and we can’t thank them enough for all the support they gave us.

This care company came in and helped me care for my Mum. it was a hard decision for Mum to make, having complete strangers come to her home everyday but one she reluctantly agreed to. i was her full time carer which became increasingly harder and harder due to my own health issues but with the amazing support of the girls that came regularly i was able to do it right to the very end. Not only did the provide excellent physical care for my mum they gave us so much emotional support too and continued to check on us as a family after she passed away.

As a family that loved and cherished our mum/nan there are no words to say how grateful we are to you all.

My mum unfortunately had a fall when she was visiting me in Oxfordshire. She was taken to the JR hospital with a broken hip. As Mum needed to return to her home in Derbyshire by ambulance, the JR hospital would not discharge her without a care package in place for her safe return. Valley care were absolutely amazing, they ensured that a care package was in place for Mum and that her health and wellbeing were a priority. They were a very kind and caring team with a professional approach that gave my family the peace of mind that mum was in safe hands, especially when we all live so far apart. I cannot thank them enough.

My husband Les was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer in 2019 . Les fought a long and hard battle with this awful disease. Sadly in February 2023 despite every effort from me and close family members it became too much . Les had requested to spend the last weeks of his life at home . Valley care very quickly took up the reins . They would put 4 calls a day in providing his care , not only his personal care but they would spend time talking to him and having a laugh, I could hear them laughing and cracking jokes , Les loved a good laugh even in the darkest moments . On the really tough days the ladies would not only comfort Les, but they would provide a shoulder for me to cry on , something I will be eternally grateful for . They would battle their way through all weather to get to their calls.They made sure we had all the equipment required to help Les , ordered his personal products, made sure Les was always clean , always checked his skin and always making a brew .
On the day he died Sue and Kerry washed and dressed Les . He was treated with the upmost dignity and respect right to the very end.
Valley care are a great company to work with , the staff are lovely , friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone .

This is a wonderful care agency. They cared for both my mum and dad for 3 years. My parents stayed at home during their final years, which is what they both wanted. Even when the weather was bad they managed to come. Not only were they professional, with high standards of care, and up to date with care protocols, they all put their hearts and souls into their care. I would highly recommend anyone to use them.
