After having so many disappointing and worrying care company’s looks after my mom. We have finally found a lovely caring company, with great members of staff that we can trust fully. Each of the carers have formed lovely relationships with my mom and nothing it’s to much. Long story short they truely do care.

We were moved from local authority carers to this company, for my late father, without much notice, I was very sceptical, however I need not have been. The carers from care is where the heart is, are phenomenal, nothing is to much trouble. The care provided was very patient centered. Every girl that came into my father's property were always polite and each time they entered they announced who they were before approaching my father's room. The slightest concern for pain or infact any concern at all related to my father's care was escalated and sorted. One evening whilst waiting for some supplies to arrive, one carer went and purchased said supply from chemist as I was at work. The management of this company take there role serious, helping to sort issues with GPs and District nurses, they also do rounds with there carers tending to clients care needs. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone's care needs after our experience. Definitely deserve 5 star ratings each and every girl. Keep up the good work all. Proud to have met you all and I know my father was, you were all his girls.

I don't recommend this to anyone looking for care. They were supporting my cousin and treated him unfairly and unprofessionally. This care provider is absolutely unprofessional and has left him in the lurch without care. He will received emails late at night saying that they are struggling with their staffing, and the next day, they'll email he around after lunch to say that they are unable to support him and terminate his care as of the next day leaving him unsufficient time to find a replacement care agency and the management is very unprofessional I do not advise this care provider to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agency especially if you have any elderly / vulnerable children or adults family members looking for care I am talking from experience this company certainly doesn't live up to its name there cqc rating deserves to be lower than it currently is

Can't say enough about the team who looked after my dad, nothing was too much trouble for any of the girls, they were always cheerful and chatty.
I am so grateful to the team, a pleasure to welcome into my home.did everything physically possible to make my dad's time comfortable and dignified. thank you so much Sandy and the team.

I do not recommend this care provider to anyone who is looking to pursue regular care for elderly and vulnerable relatives, as they are very unprofessional with their service.

My brother was left with no care at such a short notice period as emails were sent from management at inappropriate times stating their inability to continue care and support provisions.

Only had my girls for a month from this company. There is nothing to much trouble for them to do. Sandie and her girls take caring to a new level. Always put a smile on my face and set me up for the day. Thank you ❤️

This company is not recommended to anyone looking for reliable long-term care they left my brother without any care and are very unprofessional from the management of the company, and its staff talk about service users in front of other service users, cqc rating is poor and deserves to be lower than what it currently is. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

I wont recommend this company to anyone as the director herself is very unprofessional. Unfair hours, so you have no home life whatsoever. I then got told they didn’t need me, as of before leaving I was doing all the hours they needed covering and my hours itself. All in one I wouldn’t recommend using this company.
