Absolutely. Unprofessional office closed weekends?. What's that all about.
carer decides to come 1 hour early or at least 45 minutes late in the afternoon. The other day it was exactly one and a 1/2 hours late.
I tried to ring up and change how long the carer stay in the mornings.
Probably I have to talk to my social worker but it's fine for them to change things around?
They don't even ring to say they're going to be late. We don't even want carers, but it's the principle of the thing you're going to be there a certain time, be there?Unacceptable.
Far worse decision to go with care Central.
PS. One carer wanted to wash my mum's bed Pan. In my sink, my sink really.

Office staff have poor communication skills. Change your carers times without notification and the manager does not return calls. If you complain they alledge you are the difficult one. The carers are wonderful. Think twice before using this agency.
