The care provided by the company and carers is first class but as an reliable ex employee who had all regular shifts and clients given to a new carer with no explanation by hr is not so good,only paid for visits ie 30 mins,not paid travelling time etc

I returned to caring with this company in March and they've made me very welcome and there is nothing that seems to worry them. Even with the pandemic we are still in, the care for the people we look after and the staff they employ has been simply amazing. With the wide range of client based people they care for I have met some amazing people and thoroughly enjoy looking after them.

I have been a carer with this company for quite a while now I joined to help out during covid ,this was the best move I've ever made .The training programme is excellent and all the staff are amazing we all work together and help each other whenever needed .the careberry app we use gives us all the information we need to give our clients the best service. I would definitely recommend this company to care for your loved ones .

Every member of staff each have fantastic qualities and have to go through an induction programme before going out in the field. Staff have good friendships and above all remain professional while attending to the needs of their clients.
