Our company rendered marketing services to this company under agreed-upon terms. While we consistently delivered the contracted services, we encountered persistent delays in payment. We maintained the relationship in good faith, based on explicit promises of payment from the company's owner. However, communication abruptly ceased, and subsequent attempts to reach them via multiple channels have been unsuccessful. The outstanding invoice remains unpaid for a period exceeding 18 months. We cannot recommend them as a reliable service provider.

I used CAM and my care company has been CQC registered for one year now. Honestly the service has decent, they had shortcomings but for a service that lasted a good 9 months and gave me so much support, I think it was worth it. You have to take it with a pinch of salt and check all the materials, add your own input on things because some, of it is very generic, but then its your business so you have to do it anyway, that's the only way it works. Some of the trainers were gold, and Sam in particular was the most knowledgeable person I've met in social care, and gave me so much value on all my training sessions that it was worth the 9k alone. So yea, there are improvements that can be made but overall I recommend it if you want to put in the work yourself. If you want an already made business buy a franchise.

I would recommend care agency media it's a long process but you have to be patient. You will receive a good service from these guys as long as you leave them too do the job, james manders was my project leader and a very good job done thanks james he had to put up with me pestering him all the time as I'm at home with not much to do.
So thanks and looking forward to getting my cqc registration.
