Managed to get my drugs and hopefully, I'm now on the road to recovery. Great service. Cheers.

I have recently moved to uk and currently have not been registered despite applying since 3 weeks , unfortunately I had a small emergency where my daughter accidentally fell down on the way back to home after school and sustained a minor injury with mild bleeding on forehead . We rushed to cardinal as the nearest gp surgery for first aid but to our surprise they just refused to even give first aid and stop bleeding and said that you are not registered here so you can’t be treated here !!! Instead go to accident and emergency and all that without assessment. Well the time it took to go there and wait for decision, my daughter wound stopped bleeding itself and had to manage at home later on since we lost trust to move to any other place then !!

I phoned this morning at 8.05 to find I was 31st in the queue and waited 1 hour 20 minutes and was then greeted by a very helpful Linda, was given an appointment at 11.00 this morning, I was seen on time and given antibiotics to start the healing process despite all the negative reports this practice get I have always had good results. Apart from the very long wait on the phone Well done to the overworked staff

Completely useless service! It's impossible to book an appointment at all! They advised me to use AskMyGP, and then they offered me options like a Breast Helpline, Mother/Baby service, or contacts for people from Care Homes - and I'm a man. I filled out a form for a sick notice, explained everything in the note, and requested help. The sick note for work they approved was for a 50-year term. 🙈😂

Why do so many people lack understanding of their jobs and still have got positions in the NHS? 🧐

This practice is absolutely awful. I’ve had numerous amounts of issues getting appointments even when calling at 8am and being first in the queue. They don’t give me an appt then and pass it through for someone to call. This is now the third time I’ve had no appointment. Ive now come to have major pain in my kidneys I had the paramedics out through pain and was told my kidneys felt hard and to get appt with the Doctors to which the doctor did nothing. Just looked at me
Blankly and basically couldn’t even be bothered. This has happened a lot too. I couldn’t understand a word they were saying. I have now waiting for 4 hours still for an appointment and I’m now having to go to AnE due to being in severe pain.
I’ve also made a complaint over my past experiences and was assured this shouldn’t happen again. I will be changing from these doctors. I would never recommend ever being a patient here and if something is seriously wrong there will be more than this review they’ll have to deal with. Malpractice springs to mind. Thank you again for letting me down.

Doctor was good when able to see him. Waited ages for a call then missed it due to work and had to call back as not online. Informed surgery I had no internet access, they asked me to send photos How? Had to call again, hours calling!

Prescribed someone 4 weeks of medication for declining mental health and never followed up with the patient, it's now been 11 weeks since. I have been in a call queue for 90 minutes and counting. The automated message repeats that you can save time by using askmygp services online "at any time", but when you go on this page it says they are unavailable for online requests. The reviews on their website are terrible & so are the Google reviews so no idea why anyone is a patient here! Will definitely be helping the person switch over.
