Very disappointed with service. Was told to come into the pharmacy for a quick basic annual check as they were trying to avoid making appointments. went in multiple times just to get turned down as they were “too busy” but this needed to get done to be able to continue issuing my medication. Went to another pharmacy that doesnt usually issue my medication and they were able to do it straight away and issue it. For something so quick & basic chesterfield was not helpful at all.

Just visited the Chesterfield Drive surgery and had a great visit.

I signed in on the screen ,which was easy to use.

Reception staff smiled at me as I came into the waiting room.

Didn't wait long to be seen.

My nurse was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me talking during my test which really helped my nerves.

She explained all I needed to know regarding my test results and I was on my way.

Stress free and great visit 👍

I can't get appointment with Gp cause the receptionist acting like consultant, I hurt my leg was swollen just want to see doctor she told me go to hospital cause we don't have equipment to see inside ur leg !!! which is up 10hrs waiting ,I had to use Google bought my self Aspirin 300mg stay at home for aweek from work my leg getting better ,it seems GP push us away not to call them .?

This is by far the worst surgery I have ever come across. Don't get me wrong most of the staff are great. But to get an appointment is terrible. They make wrong decisions that they have no idea about I was left going to A,E. ridiculous they are genuine people who need real appointments. Plus you have a woman upstairs by the the name of Andrea giving out price and confidential patient info and nothing is done the surgery should be ashamed of its self.

Love my new surgery. I used ask my gp which was easy to use and because of my issue I was offered an appointment. The Doctor and Nurse were so lovely, very kind and caring. I received through treatment and meds. Thank you again for a great Practice and service 🫶🏻

Having not used a GP surgery for 5 years or so, I had an efficient experience back in October. The practice nurse who referred me to the hospital. She was lovely.
Got referred to an out of hours doctor more recently. Unfortunately they seem to be out for lunch lately. Trying to get the results for important blood test result is proving to be mission impossible. The ask my GP app is closed all the time. The "new request" doesn't have the right options on it. Are they closing down? What's going on here? This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll be moving practice.

Called me last minute in rush hour then they expect me to be there on time when it's supposed to be a conversation through the phone. Then they don't bother to see me once I've turned up... this has happened on multiple occasions and it needs to stop that's no way to treat people absolutely appalling service wouldn't recommend this place

Awful worse since surgeries merged. Try to make an appointment on phone get cut off after waiting sometimes an hour. Try to use ask my GP not always available when they are supposed to be. Shocking service and lack of care.
