Got an appointment her for an MRI managed to get the time changed without any issue. Parking was no problem ( used the shopping center car park) Straight in at my appointment time, everything checked and the fastest MRI I've ever had! Staff were friendly an super efficient. Always choose here if I can. Excellent job done by all. Debbie

Great hospital, staff are really wonderful. I've had two knee operations here and both times I've been well looked after and able to go home the same day. I've also been here for scans and never had to wait long. It seems very efficiently run, staff seem happy in their jobs and it shows in how they are with patients. Really good hospital.

Absolutely fantastic hospital. Every member of staff was amazing. I went in for acl and meniscus surgery 11-01-24 and I was back out 13-01-24 using my crutches. The surgery staff were extremely helpful and professional. They kept me calm while having the procedure done. And then all of the staff on my ward were perfect too. Couldn't do enough for me to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Also this could be the cleanest hospital I've ever visited. If there are staff on shift those dates that would read this I'd like to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this time

Brough my Aunt here for an appointment.CT department. Reception ladies were excellent, well presented and mannered. The seating in the waiting area is the most comfortable in all of my hospital experience
The doctor came out and spoke to me about my Aunt, which I wasn't expecting. A nice touch if you bring someone and you're wondering why it's taking a while for them to return.

Fantastic hospital, this is how hospitals should be run .Staff are brilliant no waiting, no fuss just professionally brilliant. We were greeted by smiling reception staff who guided us to the ct scan dept. Then greeted by another smiling receptionist. In and out in no time. Why can't all our hospital,s be like this!!. Five star isn't enough .

The Orthopedic and trauma experiencies I have experienced when at the hospital and outpatients at new cross have been excellent.
Decent parking at new cross and a shortened waiting list and it would have been 5 star.many thanks
