Absolutely Incredible.

This is by far my new go-to website for world treats, i have been through many of them in the past and have been satisfied to varying degrees, but i chose this one this time due to them having what i wanted in particular in stock and i must say, i will be forever using solely this company for the future orders.

I ordered quite a hefty sized parcel and their stock records on their websites seemed to be fairly accurate because not one substitution needed to be made, i got all of my items at a very reasonable price compared to competitors when you factor in importation costs.

I ordered on the night of new years eve so understandably it took a few days while the business was on break for them to process the order, and get through the backlog of what they'd recieved over the new years too, despite this the order was still processed within 4 days and the delivery was only late due to issues with Evri being an absolutely terrible courier

For my personal tastes also this website has plenty of products that i would buy frequently if the stock opportunity arises but that's not very helpful for other potential users who may not want the same things i do, be assured though that this website has a genuinely incredible selection of products and rivals even the biggest tik-tok famous websites such as poppin candy without the unbelievable price hike those websites put out due to their fame

Their rewards scheme is genuinely really good and with spending around £45 i have accumulated almost enough points for a free soda, and i can imagine that with future orders over time the more expensive options including free shipping, and a small custom american treat box is quite reasonably achievable and does encourage more orders to great effect

Overall i'm very very happy with the items i've recieved, the condition, the prices and the postage, and the loyalty scheme.

10/10 will buy from again

Charged me £5.99 for next day delivery (already a rip off but it was for my son’s birthday). After 6 days I’d heard nothing. Sent an email to be told the whole order was being held because one item was a pre-order and might not be in stock for a month or more! This was not made clear at time of ordering. How dare they take the money for next day delivery when they’ve no intention of fulfilling the order for a month. Disgusting.

EDITED TO ADD:

This wasn’t clear online, and I doubt I’m the only one who has fallen for this given the automated response I got:

If you have any Pre-order items in your order the whole order is held until this item arrives. Once we have processed your order you will receive shipping email with full tracking details.

If you have order contains UFC/Strawberry Banana Prime, this item is a pre-order item which is due into us in March. This could be late march, when we know more we will update the auto responder and socials so please feel free to email periodically just in case there is an update. Any orders that contain pre-order items are held to be shipped together otherwise double shipping charges are incurred.

If your email concerns UFC/Strawberry Banana Prime shipping dates we may not reply individually as all the information we have is contained in this auto responder.

Ordered loads from Candymail in the past but the prices are now just exploitative. You can buy the Cherry Freeze prime in B&M for £1.99 but Candymail are charging £12.99? They used to be a good honest foreign food supplier, but unfortunately jumped on the prime bandwagon & started overcharging for most of their products. Come on guys, be better.

Edited to reply;

Firstly, yes the bottle shape is different but the product inside is exactly the same.

Secondly, whilst I appreciate what you're saying regarding the shipping fees, as someone who spends a lot of time in the US, I can go into most stores & get 2 bottles for $2 + taxes (less than 20%).

Understand you're shipping over in higher quantities but that actually benefits you, assuming that you're getting wholesale prices too, it's looking at about a 1000-1200% mark up minimum.

It costs roughly £3-4k (on a higher end could be up to £10k) to ship a 20ft container from the US to the UK. Pallets of prime seem to ship in 5x4x8. That's 1900+ bottles per pallet. At £12.99 that you charge per bottle that's almost £25,000 per pallet. You can fit 10 pallets in a 20ft shipping container, looking at roughly £250,000 per container, which would have been shipped over for less than £20k including product.

It's profiteering however you look at it.

Untrustworthy. Claim to not be profiteering yet charge £4.99 for a bottle of Arsenal Prime which can be purchased in shops such as Iceland, Food Warehouse, Sports Direct, Home Bargains etc for £1.99. Blocked me & removed my post when I asked the question on their Facebook.

Also to my prior experiences with Candymail. A few years ago they were running a competition where they would give "Golden Tickets" to 'Random lucky winners' which gave money off their site. I pointed out an error on their site & Aaron from Candymail emailed me, thanking me & essentially telling me that I would be one of those 'random lucky winners' & that I would receive something in my next order. I later received a golden ticket with my next order. This was clearly not "random".

Edit: Unsurprisingly not even denying you fixed a competition, just a snarky reply about it being a while back. Says everything. Untrustworthy.
