I started attending Cambridgeshire Sports Physio & Back Care after I was involved in a major RTA, I came off my motorbike and sustained several breaks. The main ones Cambridgeshire Sports Physio & Back Care assisted with were on my wrist and right leg.
I started my rehabilitation with Sarah Taylor. I found Sarah very welcoming and supportive in what was a very difficult time for me. Sarah provided me with hands on physio as well as programs to do at home and at the gym to aid my recovery.
I’m currently under Yamini Tadadi. Yamini made the transition from Sarah to herself seamless and clearly read any notes that Sarah had. Once again, I was met with a very professional hands on approach to my physio and was clearly explained programmes to do at home and the gym.
Both Sarah and Yamini catered the physio programs to suit my needs and changed them whenever something became too easy or adjusted if was too difficult.
When I first started at Cambridgeshire Sports Physio & Back Care, I was unable to walk unaided and was told by several different doctors I would never walk unaided again. I currently walk unaided albeit a bit on the slow side with a limp. This feat is something I don’t think I would have been able to achieve with out the help from the team. My grip strength is almost equal in both hands and continues to improve.
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Sue Custerson and Cheryl Bobin. Sue or Cheryl are the first you meet when you walk in the door and I have always been met with a smile and a friendly hello. Both have helped me with booking my appointments and even moving them if I had a clashing hospital appointment.
I feel I would be a lot further behind on my rehabilitation if it wasn't for the team, even to the point where I feel I wouldn’t be walking unaided without them. I have always felt welcome at the Cambridgeshire Sports Physio & Back and they give off a very friendly family welcoming vibe.

Julia was excellent,. She diagnosed the issue with my neck and spine and immediately set to work relieving the pain by a combination of tailored exercise and massage techniques which after a few visits are now manageable.
