So, like many people I have tried relentlessly to just have an NHS dentist. But as we know this is not possible for many British.

This dental practice is not shrouded as saying it’s NHS, it’s very transparent in branding as a private practice.

Their cost model is very much a la carte which is actually a good way of doing things; you know what you’re paying for. Is it cheap? Absolutely not. Will you get seen quickly? Yes. I called on Friday afternoon and had an extraction on Saturday morning.

This is important, because other places I had called said if it was urgent that they would see me in about a month. This is a divergence of the definition of urgent to me.

I require prophylactic antibiotics, they had in stock, yes I paid more but overall it’s not ridiculous. You are paying for speed, and you’re paying for service.

With respect to quality of service, I had Kyle as a dentist and he was incredibly methodical and thorough with explaining to me what we were doing, and why. It wasn’t an upsell or anything like that, it was using logic to explain my options.

This carried through to reception, I think the chap was called Furkan and he was open with me about how they work there; it’s refreshing that they’re honest.

They don’t do NHS. They’re not cheap. They’re not trying to portray themselves as a family practice. It’s a business and they’re doing what is needed and doing it well.

Honestly, save yourself the hassle of calling a hundred places, just go here and get whatever is needed done.

I drove from Littleport btw, so not local but I needed treatment.

2 visits for emergency tooth extractions. Staff were wonderful, professional and kind. My dentist Margarita, was so kind, professional and probably the best dentist i gave had. She was ably assisted by the wonderful Ray and Gizem Hussein, who held my hand, comforted me and wiped my tears after. I can't recommend enough.

My Mum has been attending the Dental Hub for a while and she’s very happy with the service. Recently she had an emergency appointment with Dr. Kyle and he performed the tooth extraction absolutely amazing, even though she was warned it’d be painful she said she almost hadn’t feel anything. A huge thanks to a Doctor and to a nurse Zahid for their brilliant work. And also would like to thank a receptionist Phoebe for her wonderful assistance.

I was booked in for a wisdom tooth extraction and, my teeth always having been healthy, I had never had anything like this so I was extremely anxious and upset about having it done. From the go, Ray was brilliant at helping me sort everything out before we went ahead and so patient and calming. Margarita was so lovely and understanding and despite being terrified, I couldn’t have had a more reassuring experience with the both of them, they talked to me throughout to keep me distracted. They worked so well as a team to get it done as smoothly and calmly as possible. Thank you both so much! 🙂 x

Had to have a walk in emergency appointment two Sunday's ago.

I was seen to by Noor & Ray.

I turned up first thing on opening without an appointment but hoping to get a slot.

It was clear from the pain I was in that I needed treatment but there was nothing available until 17:00 as a initial check up with perhaps an option of treatment another time. This would not have been good.

Noor & Ray managed to fit me into their schedule immediately that morning for an initial consultation with the 17:00 appointment remaining as a backup in case treatment was required.

I was seen to and needed two teeth extracted which now happened with the additional time created at the end of the day with the practice remaining open for my procedure.

Noor & Ray were very professional and did a fantastic piece of work removing two decayed teeth and keeping me calm and comfortable throughout the procedure.

After the procedure I was checked in on with how I was feeling, given opportunity and time to ask questions and explained to clearly the aftercare protocols to ensure the wound remained clean, uninfected, in good conditions for healing and pain free.

I was also given a follow up call the next day to check that there were no issues and no additional bleeding.

Two weeks have now passed and I have stayed pain free throughout, the extractions are healing well and I am very happy with the professional and high standard of work carried out by Noor and Ray.

Would go there again due to the exceptional welfare and quality of work shown by Noor & Ray.

Checkup and work fees were also competitive with market rates.

I can’t thank Dr Noor and his Dental assistance Hussein enough for their expert, kind and very gentle care. I have always had anxiety issues when it comes to taking a trip to the dentist , but Dr Noor and his assistant made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, Also very informative. He talked me through the whole entire procedure while doing it which made me feel even more relaxed. I can’t recommend them enough. 10/10. This was my first time having my tooth extracted and it was such an effortless experience. I was very nervous but Margarita and Ray reassured me throughout, they were absolutely lovely! The procedure was also fantastic. I didn’t even realise my tooth had come out and that they had applied the stitches - they were that proficient! Hopefully I won’t need treatment again any time soon but if I do I’ll definitely head back here. Plus I got to keep the tooth as a gnarly souvenir!

If you’re having any emergency problems these are your guys. Give reception a ring and they will sort you out! I had my initial appointment on the same day I rang and had my tooth out 3 days later! (I was offered a next day appointment but could not attend)

Yesterday I was at the clinic to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Viktor explained everything to me calmly, he told me exactly what he would do during the visit and at the same time he was very gentle. In general, the whole team, including the nurse and the assistant are professional and competent.
