My experience is aweful. The receptionist who called back had no empathy or compassion for my 9 week old baby who was so ill. Twice the receptionists decline me to see a doctor in 24 hours saying they are full with no willingness to help in her sarcastic tone of voice. Seriously if a baby who is just 9 weeks old and vulnerable is not a priority then who ? The lady is definitely not fit for her job. Rude, incompetent and zero empathy for this role. She kept on insisting me to call 111. Who makes them entitled gatekeepers ? Absolutely not recommended.

I was diagnosed with diabetes about 25 years ago and can honestly say that my consultation with Sarah was by far the most helpful and informative that I have ever experienced. Sarah was, above all, an excellent listener and was able to interpret my needs. She was able to reassure me that I was on the right track and give helpful advice as to how to fine tune my diabetes issues going forward. I look forward to our next meeting. Thank you.

Telephone appt booked at 3.30pm for a discussion to have a blood test that the surgery requested why not just book the blood test? However, the Dr called at 2.00pm and the call was missed now I'm being told by the everso helpful receptionist that the Dr is running late and may call after 4pm when I'll be at work and it will be my fault if I miss the call and it'll marked as non attendance, remind me again why we make appts?

A great all round experience, people are always quick to critise and complain but rarely comment when they receive excellent care and treatment like I have recently received. Well done Cambrian Medical Centre keep up the great work!

I tried to make an appointment online but there was no option on there to make an appointment with a GP, only private GPs. So, I called them. 9th in the queue. They called me back within 15 minutes, which was good. On their advice I decided to try and make 2 appointments. However it turns out that to see a doctor is pretty impossible. I'm not even sure they have doctors actually working there. For the two appointments I requested they offered me an appointment with a nurse in 10 days time and a telephone call with a doctor in 3 weeks time. I said I wanted to see a doctor and I was told that wasn't possible. In the 18 months or so that I've been with this practice I have always struggled to get an appointment.

Wonderful practice, all staff are friendly and professional. Dr Jennifer Goulden is brilliant and really takes her time to listen and understand exactly what's going on. I feel very well looked after and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!

I have tried to get an appoitment since January
Every time I phone they say, phone back tomorrow, and I phone the next day to be told the same thing, even though I struggle to walk now...Iv given up
